Panerai

Panerai

Panerai Watches was founded in 1860 when Giovanni Panerai opened a shop and workshop called “Orologeria Svizzera” in the centre of Florence. The shop was also a Rolex watch authorized retailer then, and the close relationship between the Geneva-based brand and Giovanni allowed him to use Rolex movements for his timepieces.

Today, Panerai is located in Neuchâtel. Panerai (formerly Officine Panerai watches) is strictly linked to two patents identifying primary collections: the Radiomir and the Luminor.
