The Orient brand was founded in 1901 in Tokyo and produces excellent-quality mechanical (mainly) and quartz watches at an affordable price. Less known globally than Citizen and Seiko, Orient Watches, founded in 1950, was first managed by Citizen to become then part of the Seiko group, which holds it 100%.
