The Hublot Big Bang Ferrari 305
If you're heading to Miami, are crazy for Ferrari and high end watchmaking, stop by the Hublot's boutique in Bal Harbour. This is the first boutique the brand has opened in the US and is the only place where you might find the 75 pieces of the new Hublot Big Bang Ferrari 305, 25 made of King Gold, the Hublot's proprietary gold alloy, and 50 made of Titanium.
Just a week ago Hublot has celebrated the launch of its new limited edition Big Bang for Ferrari into the showroom of Lou La Vie, a renowned exotic luxury car rental based in Miami whose cars portfolio includes, for instance, a 430 Spider Scuderia 16M. The party has going on, the following day, at the Hublot's boutique starring a selected group of watch collectors and a bunch of 40 Ferrari cars.
The Hublot Big Bang Ferrari 305 has a 45mm wide case. Dial, strap, counters, hands and minute scale adopt blue, yellow and white accents. At 9, as we are accustomed with all the Hublot for Ferrari timepieces, takes place an applied Prancing Horse. The strap is made of rubber and leather, provided by Schedoni, a longstanding partner of Ferrari, whose leather seats equip both its GT and F1 cars. Through the transparent case back you may admire the in-house HUB 1241 UNICO caliber, a chrono featuring a Flyback complication along with 72 hours of Power Reserve, a bidirectional winding rotor surrounded by a ring whose colors resemble the Italian flag and, last but not least, the Ferrari logo right in the middle. No information yet about their retail price.
