His watch hit the headlines last <strong>April<\/strong> <strong>17<\/strong>, when the auction house <strong>Stanislas Macho\u00efr<\/strong> sold <strong>Ettore Bugatti<\/strong>'s watch for an incredible <strong>272800 Euros<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"mido-ad-car-watch\" src=\"\/media\/CACHE\/images\/uploads\/mido-ad-car-watch.67a3bac13a63.jpeg\" style=\"width:100%\" title=\"mido-ad-car-watch\">That experiment opened a cycle; back then, <strong>Mido<\/strong> built several <em>\"car watches\"<\/em> whose case showcased the grille of <strong>Alfa Romeo<\/strong>, <strong>Buick<\/strong>, <strong>Chevrolet<\/strong>, <strong>Chrysler<\/strong>, and <strong>Rolls-Royce<\/strong>, thus promoting perhaps the first massive collaboration between a watch manufacturer and a car producer, which sounds so popular these days. It's hard to tell, even more so considering the brand's current vision; also, keep in mind that most car manufacturers mentioned above, Bugatti first and foremost, partner with other watch brands.
