they were regularly used as a reference on land, like during the deployment of the American rail network, and air, in civil and military aviation, too.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%;\" title=\"hamilton-odc-x-01-odissea-nello-spazio\" src=\"\/media\/CACHE\/images\/uploads\/hamilton-odc-x-01-odissea-nello-spazio.0380cbd3d797.jpg\" alt=\"hamilton-odc-x-01-odissea-nello-spazio\"><strong>Hamilton<\/strong> also prides itself with the closest relationship with the world of cinema ever: a young <strong>Elvis Presley<\/strong> used to wear a <strong>Ventura<\/strong> during the filming of \u201c<em>Blue Hawai<\/em>\u201d whereas a particular model appeared in <strong>Stanley Kubrick<\/strong>\u2018s masterpiece \u201c<em>2001: A Space Odyssey.<\/em>\u201c<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">More recently, <strong>Hamilton<\/strong> has partnered with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.horbiter.com\/en\/the-hamilton-khaki-field-brief-history-and-reviews-2018-2021\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Christopher Nolan in the making of Interstellar<\/strong><\/span><\/a>, and the modern <a href=\"https:\/\/www.horbiter.com\/en\/hamilton-ventura-skeleton-and-quartz-spiderman-men-in-black\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Ventura<\/strong><\/span><\/a> is standard equipment to \u201c<em>Men in Black<\/em>\u201c\u2018s agents.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%;\" title=\"lisa-parolini-marketing-coordinator-hamilton\" src=\"\/media\/CACHE\/images\/uploads\/lisa-parolini-marketing-coordinator-hamilton.d99bbc333077.jpg\" alt=\"lisa-parolini-marketing-coordinator-hamilton\"><strong>Lisa Parolini<\/strong>, the <strong>Marketing Manager<\/strong>, shared some inside stories about the brand, you can discover by exclusively attending such experiences; his speech followed-up the one held by <strong>Marco Milani<\/strong>, <strong>Customer Service Manager<\/strong>, who introduced us to history and achievements of the <strong>Swatch Group<\/strong>, that includes <strong>Hamilton Watch<\/strong> in its brand offering.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%;\" title=\"marco-milani-customer-service-manager-swatch-group\" src=\"\/media\/CACHE\/images\/uploads\/marco-milani-customer-service-manager-swatch-group.6cb2dc3a477e.jpg\" alt=\"marco-milani-customer-service-manager-swatch-group\"><strong>Hamilton Watch<\/strong> belongs therefore to the biggest watch group in the industry, something most people are not aware of.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\" id=\"discovering-the-%e2%80%9ccustomer-service-hamilton%e2%80%9d\">Discovering the \u201cCustomer Service Hamilton\u201d<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After sharing the history and milestones of <strong>Hamilton Watch<\/strong>, the participants tested the new product during a \u201c<em>touch and feel<\/em>\u201d session.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%;\" title=\"hamilton-khaki-pilot-pioneer-mechanical-H76419931\" src=\"\/media\/CACHE\/images\/uploads\/hamilton-khaki-pilot-pioneer-mechanical-H76419931-PwWnsbr.12a22227a8b6.jpg\" alt=\"hamilton-khaki-pilot-pioneer-mechanical-H76419931\">The brand has introduced a lot of new timepieces during the year, and the <strong>Khaki<\/strong> collection was in focus in <strong>2019<\/strong>. You can read our hands-on, detailed reviews of the <strong>Khaki Pilot Pioneer Mechanical<\/strong> or the new <strong>Khaki Field Mechanica<\/strong><strong>l<\/strong>, as an example.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%;\" title=\"hamilton-watch-experience-1\" src=\"\/media\/CACHE\/images\/uploads\/hamilton-watch-experience-1.b62c8c020dc9.jpg\" alt=\"hamilton-watch-experience-1\">We then started our tour of the <strong>Customer Service Hamilton<\/strong>, a dedicated department that is as rarely under the spotlight as it is vital in the brand\u2019s organization, as highlighted in our video.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Those who are not familiar with a <strong>Customer Service<\/strong> should bear in mind that once you step out of a store, with the timepiece you have purchased, on your wrist, a brand\u2019s <strong>Customer Service<\/strong> looks after your watch throughout its entire life cycle.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%;\" title=\"customer-service-hamilton\" src=\"\/media\/CACHE\/images\/uploads\/customer-service-hamilton.5915ae78f652.jpg\" alt=\"customer-service-hamilton\">When it comes to a wristwatch, the relevance of the <strong>Customer Service<\/strong> is even higher, in my opinion, in comparison to other durable goods; also, consider that a timepiece is a highly durable good unless you abide by some recommended rules regarding use and maintenance.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%;\" title=\"customer-service-hamilton-1\" src=\"\/media\/CACHE\/images\/uploads\/customer-service-hamilton-1.077ffa791553.jpg\" alt=\"customer-service-hamilton-1\">We\u2019re dealing here with products of the highest engineering and quality possible, products we wear daily, but we often are regardless of any care and ordinary maintenance. Nonetheless, we always require our wristwatch absolute precision and sturdiness.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%;\" title=\"customer-service-experience-1\" src=\"\/media\/CACHE\/images\/uploads\/customer-service-experience-1.eeeb0a473012.jpg\" alt=\"customer-service-experience-1\">The <strong>Customer Service Hamilton<\/strong> is made up of highly-skilled professionals able to overhaul any watch, something I experienced in the past. Did you know that the <strong>Customer Service Hamilton<\/strong> also offers a white gloves\u2019 service like collecting your watch at home or office?<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\" id=\"from-customer-service-straight-to-%e2%80%9chands-on%e2%80%9d-with-the-%e2%80%9cwatchmaking-experience-%e2%80%9d\">From Customer Service straight to \u201chands-on\u201d with the \u201cwatchmaking experience.\u201d<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The tour of the <strong>Customer Service<\/strong> is introductory to the most engaging segment of the agenda: the \u201c<em>watchmaking experience.<\/em>\u201d Here is where our six lucky participants challenged themselves in testing their watchmakers\u2019 attitude.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%;\" title=\"customer-service-experience\" src=\"\/media\/CACHE\/images\/uploads\/customer-service-experience.ae5cf6df1221.jpg\" alt=\"customer-service-experience\">It equally requires commitment and focus, with a piece of fun. Mostly, it is an activity that confirms how challenging is the job carried out by a master watchmaker, and how big is their responsibility: they test, repair, fine-tune and polish any watch, whether it is a few years old, simple or complicated, or a vintage timepiece that requires an intense restoration process.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">All in all, \u201c<em>Maestro per un Giorno<\/em>\u201d was a remarkable experience, a new project for us, the first time we brought our readers together.
