In an era, where standardization has reached an excessive level and products and consumptions have been flattened up, the bronze material brings with it a breath of newness to the sector and gives a new personality to those watches that make up the belly of the market.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%;\" title=\"rado-hyperchrome-bronze-chronograph-limited-edition\" src=\"\/media\/CACHE\/images\/uploads\/rado-hyperchrome-bronze-chronograph-limited-edition.a07d22a9ceb8.jpg\" alt=\"rado-hyperchrome-bronze-chronograph-limited-edition\">In a watch catalogue \u2013 or at least in one belonging to one of the well-known brands and nowadays even in one belonging to the smaller and artisanal brands \u2013 it is quite difficult not to find a model featuring a bronze case and, possibly, an aged leather strap with stitching to complete it.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">From this point of view, the use of bronze has now lost its novelty effect and has rather become a \u201ccommodity\u201d in the world of watch-making. Let\u2019s say that the general response of the public, after the launch of the first products featuring this type of case, was so strong that each brand has now permanently inserted a model with a bronze case manufactured in a numbered or limited series into its own catalogue.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"on-how-rado-interpreted-the-bronze-fashion-in-the-world-of-watch-making\">On how Rado interpreted the bronze fashion in the world of watch-making<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Rado<\/strong> is not a follower \u2013 if it crafted a bronze watch that would imitate what brands like <strong>Tudor<\/strong>\u00a0with its <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.horbiter.com\/en\/?p=26043\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Tudor Heritage Black Bay Bronze<\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>or <strong>Oris<\/strong>\u00a0with its <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.horbiter.com\/en\/oris-carl-brashear-limited-edition-baselworld-2016-hands-on-photos-price\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Oris Carl Brashear Limited Edition<\/span><\/a><\/strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>do, it would immediately lose its true identity. It would make no sense, unless it used bronze as a functional element to feed its concept of multi-material watch. Those claims that the <strong>Rado Hyperchrome Bronze<\/strong> is a bronze watch are actually inaccurate; \u00a0it is a <strong>Hyperchrome<\/strong> with a bronze side that still abides by the spirit of the collection. As outlined above \u2013 it aims to create a bridge between the brand\u2019s thought and the traditional one.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%;\" title=\"rado-hyperchrome-bronze-chronograph-limited-edition-4\" src=\"\/media\/CACHE\/images\/uploads\/rado-hyperchrome-bronze-chronograph-limited-edition-4.8983e3e5e3b6.jpg\" alt=\"rado-hyperchrome-bronze-chronograph-limited-edition-4\">From this point of view, the term <strong>Bronze<\/strong> appearing in the name is a bit \u2018forced\u2019 and apparently misleading: bronze is limited to the <strong>chrono buttons<\/strong>, the <strong>side inserts on the case<\/strong> and the <strong>crown<\/strong>, but the central structure of the case is that of a classic ceramic and high\u2013tech single-bloc with a black ceramic bezel and numbers made of white lacquer on the tachymeter scale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%;\" title=\"rado-hyperchrome-bronze-chronograph-limited-edition-1\" src=\"\/media\/CACHE\/images\/uploads\/rado-hyperchrome-bronze-chronograph-limited-edition-1.4e08f7d5161a.jpg\" alt=\"rado-hyperchrome-bronze-chronograph-limited-edition-1\">This bezel is one of the finest ceramic bezels ever crafted, it sports a well-defined font and the tachymeter scale is very well-readable despite the reduced thickness of the ring. The dial is black with applied Arabic indices (I prefer the baton-shaped ones of other\u00a0<strong>Hyperchrome<\/strong>) made of rose gold like the hours and the minutes hands and the chrono registers.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"this-is-a-limited-series-hyperchrome\">This is a limited-series Hyperchrome<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The <strong>Rado Hyperchrome Bronze<\/strong> is not the first case of a <strong>Hyperchrome<\/strong> with a leather strap, but it is the first case of a <strong>Hyperchrome<\/strong> with a leather strap treated with an aging effect that ends with the classic <strong>Rado<\/strong> deployment buckle. It preserves all the features that make a <strong>Hyperchrome Chronograph<\/strong> a sturdy chronograph (an evolution of an <strong>ETA 7750<\/strong> with <strong>42 hours of power reserve<\/strong>) and a comfortable watch, because ceramic adapts to your body temperature and not vice versa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%;\" title=\"rado-hyperchrome-bronze-chronograph-limited-edition-2\" src=\"\/media\/CACHE\/images\/uploads\/rado-hyperchrome-bronze-chronograph-limited-edition-2.7dd2d4f64794.jpg\" alt=\"rado-hyperchrome-bronze-chronograph-limited-edition-2\">A ceramic watch is actually the most suitable watch for the summer-time and is why it seems that <strong>Rado<\/strong> is developing a professional ceramic diver\u2019s watch that would combine together functionality and usability.
