Here, the same <strong>Giudici<\/strong> <strong>team<\/strong> that you met in <strong>Monza<\/strong> already, was involved in a race of the <strong>NASCAR<\/strong> <strong>Whelen Euro Series<\/strong> championship, where it is one of the official participants.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" style=\"width: 100%;\" title=\"Nascar-Whelen-Euro-Series-Giudici\" src=\"https:\/\/www.horbiter.com\/media\/uploads\/Nascar-Whelen-Euro-Series-Giudici.jpg\" alt=\"Nascar-Whelen-Euro-Series-Giudici\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">You have heard that properly; <strong>NASCAR<\/strong> (the acronym of the <strong>National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing<\/strong>) is one of the world\u2019s most famous \u201c<em>stars and stripes<\/em>\u201d championships that has been exported to <strong>Europe<\/strong>, because races do not rhyme with <strong>Formula One<\/strong>, <strong>GP2<\/strong> and <strong>GP3<\/strong> only, but they are also a mixture of experiences on both sides of the Atlantic that have created such a riptide slowly linking together two different engine cultures, thus giving us the opportunity to feed our motoring\u00a0passion with an offer that would have been unthinkable of only ten years ago.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" style=\"width: 100%;\" title=\"Nascar-Whelen-Euro-Series-Giudici-2\" src=\"https:\/\/www.horbiter.com\/media\/uploads\/Nascar-Whelen-Euro-Series-Giudici-2.jpg\" alt=\"Nascar-Whelen-Euro-Series-Giudici-2\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The <strong>Euro Series<\/strong> came under the <strong>NASCAR<\/strong> umbrella in <strong>2012<\/strong>, all cars are equipped with a <strong>Chevrolet 8-cylinder 450-horsepower engine<\/strong>, a <strong>4-speed clutch<\/strong> and they weigh a total of <strong>1,150 kilos<\/strong>. A tribute to stock car racing on American circuits. Compared to the <strong>MitJet<\/strong>, we are talking about quite different powers and the triumph of the <strong>American\u00a08-cylinder torque<\/strong> over the <strong>lightness and agility<\/strong> of the vehicles designed for the <strong>MitJet<\/strong> championship.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" style=\"width: 100%;\" title=\"Nascar-Whelen-Euro-Series-claudio-Giudice\" src=\"https:\/\/www.horbiter.com\/media\/uploads\/Nascar-Whelen-Euro-Series-claudio-Giudice.jpg\" alt=\"Nascar-Whelen-Euro-Series-claudio-Giudice\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">All cars, just like in the <strong>MitJet<\/strong>, share the same mechanics with the only difference of featuring a car body that copies the aesthetics of well-known cars from overseas, such as the <strong>Chevrolet SS<\/strong>, the <strong>Toyota Camry<\/strong> or the <strong>Mustang<\/strong>. The latter represents, in its latest edition, a world car and is therefore also present in Europe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The <strong>NASCAR<\/strong> car of the <strong>Giudici team<\/strong> is a \u201c<em>Mustang<\/em>\u201d, just like the one that races in the <strong>MitJet<\/strong>, and the driver is <strong>Claudio<\/strong>, the son of patron <strong>Gianni Giudici<\/strong>, who we filmed during the previous event and during the <strong>Franciacorta<\/strong> race \u2013 inside and outside the paddock.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" style=\"width: 100%;\" title=\"luca-dotto\" src=\"https:\/\/www.horbiter.com\/media\/uploads\/luca-dotto.jpg\" alt=\"luca-dotto\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The only difference (or possible a plus side) in this <strong>Franciacorta<\/strong> event is that, for the first time, one of the ambassadors of the Swiss brand also took part in it; we are talking about the young\u00a0<strong>Luca Dotto<\/strong> (from the Italian national swimming team). He is the ambassador of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.horbiter.com\/en\/baume-mercier-clifton-club-sihh-2017-hands-on-price\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Clifton Club<\/strong><\/span><\/a>, the most versatile collection by <strong>Baume &amp; Mercier<\/strong> which now goes together with the world of engines and with that of all those sports, where action and team spirit are key ingredients.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" style=\"width: 100%;\" title=\"Baume-mercier-Clifton-Club-orange-4\" src=\"https:\/\/www.horbiter.com\/media\/uploads\/Baume-mercier-Clifton-Club-orange-4.jpg\" alt=\"Baume-mercier-Clifton-Club-orange-4\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This is a formula that, motor-wise speaking, will shortly move (actually widen) from the four wheels to two wheels, considering the agreement that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.horbiter.com\/en\/alain-zimmermann-baume-mercier-ceo-interview-2017\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Alain Zimmermann<\/strong><\/span><\/a>, <strong>CEO<\/strong> of the brand, recently signed with the oldest American motorcycle brand that <strong>Anthony Hopkins<\/strong> lionized on the big screen; <strong>Indian Motorcycles<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" style=\"width: 100%;\" title=\"Baume-mercier-Clifton-Club-orange-3\" src=\"https:\/\/www.horbiter.com\/media\/uploads\/Baume-mercier-Clifton-Club-orange-3.jpg\" alt=\"Baume-mercier-Clifton-Club-orange-3\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is a matter of days because the first collection, the result of this partnership, is expected in early November and we will attend, together with a small group of press representatives, the Milan event, where the <strong>CEO<\/strong> will present the first outcome of this project.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Going back to the <strong>Franciacorta<\/strong> event, it was great to meet Luca and to see with our very own eyes his interest for the world of engines: he spent much of his time in the box exchanging views with Claudio, he sat in the driving seat of his <strong>Mustang<\/strong> and it was as if he had been kidnapped by this weekend \u00a0in the company of engines.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I would not be surprised if one day, after completing his competitive career, he will step into this world; a \u00a0place with an incredible appeal for all athletes.
