In high-end watchmaking nobody can boast, I believe, such a creative energy as Hublot<\/strong><\/span>. This maison is continuously reiventing itself, by frequently launching new timepieces among which there are many cool limited edition ones named after renowned sport events or famous sport stars and artists. Add then the agreement signed two years ago with the prestigious Scuderia Ferrari<\/strong><\/span> and that's it.<\/p>\n

\"HUBLOT<\/a>The highest outcome? A \u201chaute horlogerie\u201d<\/em> masterpiece called MP<\/strong>\u201305<\/strong> named after the first hybrid hypercar in the prancing horse's hystory: LaFerrari<\/strong>. On the road to the SIHH<\/strong>, during the Geneva Trade Fair, Hublot<\/strong><\/span> has unveiled some exclusive 2014<\/strong> novelties, whose values, in my opinion, bring along three pillars: the UNICO<\/strong> in-house calibre, the \u201cflagship\u201d of the brand, an unstoppable research on avantgarde materials, new amazing color designs.<\/p>\n

\"Hublot<\/a>Three are the products we chose to cover among the many. The first one being the Hublot<\/strong><\/span> Big Bang Unico All Black<\/strong>, a 500 pieces limited edition timepiece, that sports a black ceramic case 45.5mm wide, with a micro-blasted bezel secured to the case by the unmistakable 6 H-shaped screws. The dial, which is skeletonized, gives view to the UNICO<\/strong> movement gearings, a in-house Flyback chronograph with a column wheel mechanism, clearly visible close to 6. with the balance wheel that oscillates at 4Hz, the UNICO<\/strong> calibre ensures 72 hours of Power Reserve. What it is to be underlined, as the most perceptive will certainly get, is that the Big Bang chrono pushers have been rounded in this newest version.<\/p>\n

\"Hublot<\/a>Next in this list is the Hublot<\/strong><\/span> Big Bang Pop Art<\/strong>, realized in four limited edition runs, each limited to 200 pieces<\/strong>. For here, at Horbiter<\/strong>\u00ae, just as a reminder, women are as important as men, when it comes to fine watchmaking. What you can see in the picture below is the blue version, with a stainless steel 41mm<\/strong> wide case, \u00a0and a bezel adorned with 48 baguette blue topazi, secured to her wrist by an alligator strap (with cautcouch on the inside). The dial is matte blue lacquered, with rodium applied indexes.<\/p>\n

\"Hublot<\/a>Last is first, as it is a newest version, previewed in Geneva, of the Big Bang Ferrari<\/strong>. No official information released at the moment, thus we prefer waiting, but everything in the dial screams \u201cUNICO<\/strong>\u201d. And the leather strap which, if we compare this one with other existing Ferrari editions, seems to be sourced by Schedoni, a longstanding partner of Ferrari.<\/p>\n
