The first model of the newly released column "Today I'm wearing" is the Mido All Dial Special Edition. It is a three hands timepiece from the All Dial collection, released at Baselworld 2015, with a matte black dial and orange accents (orange is Mido's brand color) that draws inspiration from the Coliseum's architecture. Featuring a 42mm wide, 10,08mm thick case, a lug-to-lug gap of 7mm and a weight of just 151g, the Mido All Dial Special Edition M8340.4.18.19 is powered by caliber 80 (perhaps the same one adopted by its sister brand Hamilton), a mechanical automatic movement with 80 hours of Power Reserve, COSC certified and personalized rotor, visible through the transparent case back. A sleek, sporty three hands entry level watch, that features a nice 70s like integrated bracelet, technically appealing and, I do confirm, very comfortable on the wrist (it is just 10mm thick) at a price tag of 1170€.
